2023 Skoda Slavia Engine Specifications

Slavia Engine Specifications

The Skoda Slavia has two turbo-petrol engine options. One is a smaller 1-litre engine with 115 horsepower and 178 Newton-meters of torque. The other is a larger 1.5-litre engine with 150 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque. Both engines come with a 6-speed manual transmission.

If you prefer automatic transmission, the 1-litre engine comes with a 6-speed torque converter, while the bigger engine is paired with a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic).

Now, let's talk about fuel efficiency:

The 1-litre with manual transmission claims to cover 19.47 kilometers on one liter of fuel.

The 1-litre with automatic transmission claims to cover 18.07 kilometers on one liter.

The 1.5-litre with manual transmission claims to cover 18.72 kilometers on one liter.

The 1.5-litre with dual-clutch automatic transmission claims to cover 18.41 kilometers on one liter.

To make the 1.5-litre engine more fuel-efficient, it uses a technology that turns off two of its four cylinders when the engine is under less stress. This helps save fuel.
